Pros

Free food, no work or maybe sometime less work, cubicles, laptops, work from home

Cons

People discuss their family issues, technical guys are missing, u can see 1 SSA going after girls all the time becoz he believes he is Akshay Kumar. The management is sick all the time, no one listens & no one cares. U can punch in when u come to office then go home sleep, then come again for punch out.

Good place to work hard

Pros

There is immense opportunity to excel, and make a real impact at this company. This takes significant effort, ability, and desire to succeed. Worthwhile mission. Those who do well are rewarded and recognized.

Cons

Vacation time, work from home, overall flexibility could be improved. While there is quite a bit of opportunity within the company, it feels like some career tracks are limited because all the management is being hired from outside

Pros

- Some nice people, the others are too involved in politics. - Working hours are quite comfortable, do your 9 daily hours and leave. You can also work from home and you have a lot of free time during work hours (also a con). - You get a yearly bonus, which is nice but on the other hand, salaries aren't too high.

Cons

- Was bought by investment company which resulted in firing a lot of good people. The rest just left so only very few good people left. - Technology is outdated, still using old tools, technology and development methods. - Engineers aren't too professional (the good ones left) and the company doesn't invest in their career and professionalism. The result is that nobody cares. - Work is not challenging. - You have a lot of free time during work. It might be a good thing when you have to take care of your personal business but most of the time it's just boring. - Lots of politics resulting in many promotions for the wrong people. You have to suck up to advance. - Salaries aren't high, not even average of what's going on today. - There is no culture at all, no meetups, 1 company event per year (and a poor one!), no goodies like on other companies (sometimes we feel lucky to have coffee and tea).

Very Flexible management

Pros

Management is very flexible with work hours, working from home, and work life balance. Most do not micro manage, and as long as you prove valuable, grant many freedoms to make your own decisions. They also back you up in front of customers no matter what which is great. The product has a vast API which empowers you to get essentially any feature to work through customization (for better or worse).

Cons

Working with offshore groups in Israel is next to impossible. R&D is weak and reluctant to fix issues that countless customers complain about. They also have a defensive attitude problem which gets in the way of collaboration. Sales is like a roller coaster and sometimes we lack trust in upper management's vision for the company (because it seems to often flip flop)

Great place to learn

Pros

- ClickSoftware offers the opportunity to work with a global team, and execute globally and locally. You will learn a lot in a very short period of time, so there is no time to get bored. - Great people in Australia. Talented, experienced and with a genuine desire to do good work. - Learning is encouraged - Opportunities for travel - Flexibility, work from home options

Cons

- Some big changes and layoffs created uncertainty within the organisation. Changes and their impact can sometimes be poorly communicated so people don't know what is happening. - Australia regularly works outside of business hours to accommodate other regions. - No 'people and culture' programs in Australia, compared to other regions.
