      Pros

      - American culture: snacks, really good work-life balance, they provide all the tools you might need (MBP 15" + 27" Screen + whatever you need to do your work), - paid trainings, even offsite and conventions - People here is quite capable / competitive - They respect your processes and areas - Horizontal boss structure

      Cons

      - Location (mexico city south might not be for everyone) - Workload can get spikes during specific seasons - As with every startup that grew exponentially in 3 years, things are still foggy in terms of documentation or processes, sometimes you might feel its a bit messy .
