Pros

This is the most constructive, collaborative and genuinely helpful group you could imagine. I've been incredibly impressed by how outgoing and focused this team is. In my opinion, they really do hire the right people first, then train them as needed. There is a culture here of working hard, being helpful and seeing your ideas take shape. Coming here was a great decision.

Cons

I can't think of a single one, really.

Pros

- Incredibly intelligent, creative, kind, and driven employees - More cross-functional collaboration than you can shake a stick at - Ultra-transparent culture without any bureaucracy, red tape, or politics - Management team that genuinely cares about their employees - Great space to be in - cloud & security - Huge opportunity for professional growth - Terrific product with a successful business model, hyper-growth - Apple computers with freedom to BYOD, use any tech. you need to work - Fully stocked kitchen with lots of snacks - Quality lunch provided on Fridays (Thai, Indian, Sushi, Pizza, etc.)

Cons

- Not a place where you can hide (not a con for hard workers) - Expectation to produce at a high level, be very dedicated (as nearly all your peers will be), and go the extra mile - or four ... work / life balance can be weighted towards work (again, not a con for the right people)

- coworkers are "A Players" without exception - personal goals align directly to company goals - transparency with leadership is astounding

Cons

- since only "A Players" are hired, sometimes highly-needed positions remain vacant for too long despite a surplus of applicants
