Work with some of the top companies in the world, fellow engineers are friendly and good company

Cons

Very little guidance from management you're just kind of thrown in a client's and told what to code. Cognizant is also so big that management doesn't really care about you in particular and you're basically just a profit/loss to them. Also, the client could run out of budget and cut you randomly (happened to me a week before Christmas).
