The entire experience at Cognizant varies based on the project you are working on, but it seems like the company is a large-scale recruiting firm with tech services as a mask because we are just shipped off to the contract work that in-house people wouldn't like to do. The internal project I had was amazing, along with the team and the management. Training is provided so that's nice
