- More projects that you can deploy into - Different types of issues you can dive into and solve - Helpful colleagues

Cons

- Sometimes, they don't care if you are already out of work, as long as they need you, you have to be there at the meeting. - Less work life balance - HR not that responsive to questions. They just give you links where you can send your questions and those links or email address does not even reply to any of your concerns. :(
