      Pros

      Fast growing company means good growth opportunities if in correct team. Senior leadership has good pulse of the market direction and also company's alignment to changes in the market trends.

      Cons

      Quick growth has so far hidden the flaws of a revenue driven matrix organization. Movement across the organizational groups/geographies is detrimental to career growth avenues.

      Really no reason to work for this company because they will always say we're an US company but the truth is they are a pure desi company even below infy, wipro.

      Cons

      There is no policy and HR says those are guidelines so that it can be tweked as and when needed.
