      Pros

      Good initiatives from Academy to give technical trainings to associates.

      Cons

      1. Management is biased, extreme favoritism 2. No work-life balance, managers foster such work-culture 3. Appraisals are biased, no preference given to employees opinion 4. does not have a 360 degree feedback system. 5. Low pay packages and loads of work is expected to be done. 6. 9 hrs have to be completed in office, even if you have no work. 7. Leaves are not granted even if there is no work.

      One of the fastest growing IT companies in the world. Has excellent track record and has been performing consistently over the past few years.

      Cons

      With the size of the company growing rapidly in terms of headcount, the employee satisfaction is decreasing in the company.

      1. Good payers among other Service companies. 2. Job security. 3. They are aggressively planning to be next big thing, so you will be driving with future leader. 4. Flexible work hours, (but no work from home).

      Cons

      1. Not much work/life balance. 2. Bangalore office is too far to travel, which is too much of inconvenient. 3. Not much onsite opportunity seen.
