      Pros

      Approachable HR. Good work culture. Companied tried to maintain work life balance as far as possible. Decent number of onsite opportunities. Flexibility in choosing the type of work.

      Cons

      Certain pay practices were plain trying to con employees, like shifting the appraisal cycle every year 3 months. Should focus more on growth within the company ranks than endlessly hiring expensive talent from outside. Middle management has too much power.
