      ok........not bad but low pay scales for long time stayers with CTS

      NO Restrictive timings good work culture good onsite opportunities but you should stick to the same project for long time offers good salaries to laterals

      Cons

      low pay scales offers good salaries only to laterals To become Associate takes long time from Programmer Analyst level and promotions also not easy thing.

      - Global presence - Lot of opportunities to move around and explore your interests - High corporate growth and stability - Strong executive leadership

      Cons

      - Like any consultancy, if you are in the lower ranks then you will be treated like a slave - Until you reach middle management level, salaries can be up to 50% under market standard - Poor work-life balance - Management withholds petty discretionary benefits such as reimbursement for late night calls with offshore, compensation for overtime, proper seating arrangements at client sites etc., causing unnecessary stress - Although it's a global company with HQ in the US, over 90% of the workforce is from India. This creates a peculiarly Indian work culture that is not for everyone. Others feel excluded.
