Pros
This is a good company to work for. They are a strong company and get stronger every year. It has a lot of high quality technicel people on staff. The benefits package is very good compared to other companies. They also encourage their employees to lean new skillsets and obtain certifications. The online training / acadamey they have is great. Lots of information for almost any skillset you would like to learn.
Cons
Overall it's a good company. It's a global company with a lot of offshore resources in india. At times the communication barrier is something that can become very frustrating. Also due to the global scope of the company, sometime the time difference for meetings can have you working odd hours.
