      Cons

      No work life balance- Very bad management- Process is very broken and nobody cares to fix it. Company is barely making margins. Bad leadership and culture trends.

      Allow working from home or remotely

      Cons

      The company always talk about team work. In reality, there are no teamwork. Everyone including the management are busy throwing each other under the bus. People are afraid to speak up their mind because they get in trouble. You have to constantly put out fire and constantly CYA. It is sad that the people in your own company are working against you and not helping you to succeed.

      Pros

      Relocation benefits at onsite compared to peers are good. Other than that nothing really.

      Cons

      * Pay is pathetic at onsite. * Promotion - Only if you are a Brahmin (north/south) * Management - They treat you like you are their unbonded slave. * Work - Company should stick with doing QA, they are pathetic in other domains. * Work & Life balance - NOPE forget it. Nightly calls Kills you and the Account Manager will expect you to be at work by 8.00 AM. * Work Culture - Highly political, ass licking / boot licking guys will survive. * Not a place for people with brains.
