      Pros

      The work that TriZetto does is so very important to the future of healthcare in the US. From an altruistic standpoint, their results are very satisfying.

      Cons

      Management is unnecessarily demeaning to employees - there is really no expectation that your work will will be respected let alone your person. Poor treatment of others is often rewarded.

      - Great people to work with - A place to obtain healthcare experience - IT company with large clientele base -

      Cons

      - Zero work life balance - Unrealistic demands on employees - Expected to monitor and respond emails 24/7, 365 days a year - Too many cooks in the kitchen (too many execs) - Horrible benefits; bonus, wages, health benefits are suspect at best. A joke for a healthcare company - Back door hiring by executives - Reduced workforce, only to replace my offshore resources - Those who whine the most are rewarded and promoted to undeserving positions - Office is antiquated and below "world class" standards for the headquarters of a company
