Pros

Remote work environment gives me control over my work; flexible schedule allows for work-life balance. My work is interesting, fast-paced, and meaningful. Company management gives the team autonomy and trust to make their own decisions; not as much micro-managing as other companies. Compensation is fair, and the Blue Cross PPO insurance plan is the best I've had at any job.

Cons

Working in a 100% remote work environment might not be the perfect fit for everyone, but I love not having to waste time and money commuting.
