Work from home is the only benefit

Cons

-One day of onboarding, if that. -PTO also includes sick time so you only get 10 days of leave -Management constantly asks you to do things they have not showed/trained you how to do which is normally fine but most of their provisioning software is proprietary with little documentation. -Other engineers constantly complain and talk about quitting in the general chat and bicker with each other over trivial things like grabbing each others tickets.

-Fast growth tech companies can be demanding because the pace of work is fast -Emphasis on positive attitudes, not a home for people that don't play nice with others -Have to be nice to all customers
