I worked for g**gle process which had good facilities just because these were provided by the cient and office was at some other location only good thing I can think of from concentrix's side is that the salary used to come on time
Cons
no growth, useless namesake IJP's, inconsiderate management treating employees like donkeys, salary is very less, meagre appraisals and incentives, yearly appraisal of just 3.5%, concentrix is infamous for its poor cab facility, picks you up 2 hrs before your shift, only one way cab provided
