Pros
There is no such reason to work in Concentrix but the people whom i work with make me stay here. To be honest, managers are really engaged in terms of caring, keeping us focused and so on with their team. Especially, the managers at the Quality Managers' are really great.
Cons
At first place, the salary is too low and besides that the politics is another aching thing just like every other company. Because, more often times the IJP floated not on the basis of performance but on the grounds of favorism.
