      Pros

      Since concentrix has taken over 4 months ago the benefits are much better. Sick days, vacation days, pto and 401k.

      Cons

      For some majority of employees have not had their direct deposit to go through. One pay period people only got a 40 hour check instead of 80. Now this time 20 out 400 people got paid. No one direct deposit went through and we are on day 3 of no check and payday was Friday. All this happen 6 days before Christmas. No one can tells us what happen.

      Pros

      Though the salary is not good, it is one of the best you'll find in Central Indiana.

      Cons

      They seem to have many payroll issues. I've been working there since Dec. 4th & we were told we would receive our checks on Dec. 19th. Most of the employees were not paid at all or only received a small fraction of their checks.

      Pros

      Its truly built around people and people run the company. Policies and process does not drive work here. Every feedback is heard directly and indirectly and worked upon. The clients too liking doing business with us because of the ease with which work gets done.

      Cons

      None as of now. Its been an awesome expeeince.
