      Pros

      Nothing specifically, they offer a competitive package on papers only, in real you get much lesser then promised.

      Cons

      Poor management, almost torturous shifts (you may have a shift that starts at 2.30 am and you will be picked at 12.30 from your home) shifts changes every month definitely tough on health , you are expected to stretch do an OT almost everyday whether you want it or not. Dirty washroom bad food even after paying, managers can't even communicate in decent English, these are those ppl who have stayed for 8-9 years and crawled their way up on the hierarchy and surely do not posses any managerial skills.
