Great people, bad company

Really nice and friendly co-workers, management is OK as well. Real possibilities of promotion not only for Irish workers.

Cons

Salary is kind of low, just little bit over minimum wage (between £14.000 and £15.500 for agents depending on the contract you work for). They're offering lots of possibilities of growth and promotion, more than they actually have, creating also frustration among the agents. Upper management seems to take random decisions all the time, for example changing way of paying bonus (if any at all) every other month. I was doing "technical support" for Microsoft, which was more some kind of discouraging customer support. We didn't even get the necessary permission from Microsoft, to have installed all the programs we actually supported. Ridiculous.

Easy way to get your foot in the door for a better job

Cons

NO pay raises... NO room for promotion... Managers could give a crap less about the employees. Mandatory shift changes. I have been here for 1.5 yrs... I have had 12 different shifts in that time. This effects my family and my health for changing so much.

Pros

There are a lot of good people, but the company is viewed as a "spring board". I believe their business model is to train and push out. Lots of work, no extra pay. It's fair to say about half my job, I didn't sign up for, but management still rolls duties down hill...but that's only when you let your managers know about the gaps. They don't seem to be aware of the inner workings of anything.
