      Pros

      - Opportunities to work for big names in the IT industry. - Progression routes available through Personal Development Plans/Individual contract roles (Coaching, Quality, Managerial, etc) - Good atmosphere. - Great way to meet new people from around the world. - Campaign nights out.

      Cons

      - Experience apparently may vary on the contract you are based on. I haven't heard anything good from people I know working the HMRC roles.

      Ability to move up is easy and frequent. Lots of room to go international . Bonus potential . And open to listening to you though what they do w the information is unknown

      Stressful environment, the sort thay kinda breeds a counterproductive class of employees. The turnover is absolutely horrific..and training is..less than

      They pay great, are very concerned with you success.

      Cons

      Sometimes the system malfunctions, they change your direct manager too often. Once you get used to working with once person the change them. The schedules are set and can not be changed period.
