      Pros

      Great multi-cultural colleagues and environment with excellent teamwork, and overall I have had a very pleasant working environment over many years.

      Cons

      Depending on circumstances hours can be a little un-satisfactory, but everything is done to work around individual circumstances. In general, over many years, I have found the benefits greatly outweigh small inconveniences prevalent at times.

      You learn to do technical troubleshooting. learning to be patient with difficult customers.

      Cons

      No equal opportunity for promotion. It is always a power play among leading figures at the office like Operations managers and Team Leads.

      Pros

      Friendly people, meeting people from all over the world are the only pros, there isn't much else to recommend here.

      Cons

      Low pay, no raises. Any purchase order will go into a black hole never to be approved, regardless of justification or need. Managers/directors to not have approval over their own budget. Everything is done on the cheap. You will be micromanaged. The company does not make any charitable donations. Extremely high turnover.
