      Supportive team, but chaos and burnout are common

      • My OM and most of my Team Leads were genuinely great to work with • They usually worked with my schedule when possible • Some supportive coworkers who made the job bearable • Learned a lot about customer service and multitasking

      Cons

      • The company overall is chaotic and disorganized • Constant policy changes with little communication • High pressure, unrealistic metrics, and nonstop monitoring • Very little support when systems break (which is often) • Feels like you’re disposable • Burnout is extremely common

      Caring environment, but some managers are challenging

      Pros

      The company was really great, and they genuinely cared about the employees’ comfort and well-being. The work environment was very friendly and healthy.

      Cons

      Some managers — not all of them — were a bit difficult to deal with, but the company always tried to maintain a good balance and healthy relationship between employees and managers.
