Being an agent for the past 14 years helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. I learned how to handle different types of customers, work under pressure, meet performance targets, and adapt to changes in processes and systems. It also improved my patience, multitasking abilities, and teamwork skills.

Cons

Over the last 14 years as an agent, the biggest advantage was gaining extensive experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. I became more adaptable and confident in handling different situations. On the downside, the role can sometimes be repetitive and stressful, especially when dealing with escalations, but it helped me become more patient, resilient, and professional
