      The workplace has a unique culture that affirms our goals and values through a healthy atmosphere over time through the interactions among us and leadership who work there. Good place to work and learned lot of things. It’s a place where we socialize, engage, learn and create.

      Disorganized Mess

      Pros

      New project, so there is opportunity to help establish and set up standard processes. People are nice.

      Cons

      It is one of the most disorganized, messy companies I've ever worked for. The paycheck is often incorrect and it's impossible to get a hold of HR to verify it. People with no experience in your field try to manage your position and end up making crass and amateurish mistakes. It is glaringly clear that the company doesn't care about its employees, and doesn't even pretend to care. They gave everyone (including teams who haven't even started their work yet) raises yet told my team that we couldn't get raises because everyone else was getting overpaid.
