I'd love to highlight the perks that I really enjoy below: - Family day every summer, perfect for my siblings. - HMO (though every company must have this). - Easy to file VL/SL (it might depend on the management, but currently, I'm able to file a long leave with no hassle on the approval process). - Work From Home (again depends on the management).

Cons

My first 6 months was a total mess, we were understaffed and always working under pressure, managers are power tripping and supervisors don't usually last long, not until our program was handed over to another WFM department, so to summarize, I believe that the cons really depends on the team that you'll be assigned with and the overall management of the program. Here's additional cons that I observed throughout my ongoing stay. - Limited opportunity: Job position for growth is rarely available - Average Salary:
