Pros

• Good for starters or for those who have no experience in cce. The application process may be a bit easier than other accounts. • Good environment and management. If you're looking for a sense of peace and comfort this can be a good place to go. Management is very approachable .(atleast depends on my account) • Shuttle service allocation • Strict implementation of security.

Cons

• There may be events where hygiene is not properly implemented. CR is unmaintained, broken bidets and tissue is always at scarce. Pantry in BLDG M is occasionally occupied. It would have been better if there's atleast a pantry allocated in each of the floor as sometimes it is being populated which may create a huge imbalance and transmission of covid. • Quarters is so scarcely equipped, at times the quarters is a mess. • No room for fun and exercise nor a room allocated for hobby. Could have been better if company can provide a room which promotes leisure activities.
