Pros

• My OM and most of my Team Leads were genuinely great to work with • They usually worked with my schedule when possible • Some supportive coworkers who made the job bearable • Learned a lot about customer service and multitasking

Cons

• The company overall is chaotic and disorganized • Constant policy changes with little communication • High pressure, unrealistic metrics, and nonstop monitoring • Very little support when systems break (which is often) • Feels like you’re disposable • Burnout is extremely common
