When Concentrix took over, they targeted older Convergys employees to layoff. They only want younger, cheaper labor. Anyone over 40 need not apply.

Management is terrible they have favorites. after I worked there for over a year, I was 7 months pregnant they forced me to quit because they refused to pay me my commission check which was $2500. Concentrix destroyed my family and my finances completely. I had to stop all of my child's activities including day care and sports. I became very stress for the rest of my pregnancy. save yourself the trouble don't work for this terrible company. management don't care about their employees at all. they just want to work you to death
