      Pros

      Supervisor is always there to answer question close to your cube. Neighbors were nice and helpful, 40 hours a week garanteed, PTO available!

      Cons

      No schedule changes, unless request multiple times with good reasoning. Non caring environment and opportunities to advance in positions. Not so organized and is very impolite, drama environment had to leave .

      Had great work from home benefits; those are gone now. Great boss until he was not transparent. Great work, until I was terminated.

      The dreams they sell The huge numbers of people they hire A paycheck when given

      The have supervisors that never been managers The help on production floor is none you basically have to fend for yourself Their equipment is always breaking down which takes away from your hours Their empathy for their employees, is NONE Company response level to your issues is nothing they need to worry about all they worry about is their SLA. Nothing they promise in training is actually true TRAINING from certain trainers is POOR you will be luckily if you knew have of what you have been taught. Have of my training class quit and three of the was Veterans with PSTD they had no empathy for them.
