      Pros

      New up start so the company can only go up.

      Cons

      No merit increases, Health Plan in not in line with like companies, You are treated like a number and no valued by the company if you work in the services division of the company.

      Pros

      Within consulting, very smart and committed co-workers; A lot of interesting opportunities. A new name and fresh start brought excitement.

      Cons

      Misalignment of styles and objectives between consulting and low-margin, high-volume services parent company is driving good people out. Consulting's high margin is not used to properly compensate folks in consulting but rather used for less constructive activities such as share repurchases.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and hours Co-workers are nice Dress Code is pretty relaxed

      Cons

      No chance for a promotion (My boss has been telling me I am on the short list for the last 3 years but others have been promoted over me) One 3% pay raise in the four and half years worked there. Most of the work is being sent offshore so job security is shaky Employees are not a priority at this company My manager has no idea what I do all day because I only see him once a month at most
