      Pros

      Work from home. Decent pay. Flexible start and stop times. Iggy you have a family, the schedule is conducive to their needs.

      Cons

      Where to start. 1% annual pay increases at best. PTO doesnt carry over after the calendar year so you lose it. Incompetent supervisor. Lots of reduction in force since splitting from Xerox. Horrible medical benefits with a high deductible health insurance as your only option.
