Pros

Competitive salary. Convenient locations. Lots of movement, so lots of opportunity to move up. Diversity in positions, can help you gain diverse experience.

Cons

Poor benefits, no employee appreciation, no home/work balance. All policies regarding job requirements, overtime, and corrective action are left to management discretion (so, mandatory 3 hours of overtime starting right now, or you will be written up). No consistency in procedures. Entry level staff can receive corrective action unfairly if management decides, even if employee followed documented procedures. Supervisors cannot properly support nor protect their staff. Management hours require 24/7 availability if decided by senior management, vacations will be cancelled or you can lose your job. Multiple lawsuits pending against specific projects this company has run with these types of rules. Company used to be Xerox, and also used to be "ACS" in the Albany area.

Pros

Work from home. Amazing teammates and supervisors. Incredible coaches, mentors and trainers. Holds their employees to a high standard of integrity and customer privacy. Endless opportunities to learn, receive feedback and move up. Benefits, the work is fun at least for me and there's incentives. They recognize when you're doing your job well and give you resources and support when you need to improve. Great company, wonderful people.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about this company and I can't think of any way they could improve off the top of my head. They've been nothing but good to me.

Large company that can absorb multiple losses of clients.

Cons

When the losses of clients accumulate, might have massive layoffs. Pay isn't great. Benefits are just OK. Stiff management infrastructure.
