Cons
Poor benefits, no employee appreciation, no home/work balance. All policies regarding job requirements, overtime, and corrective action are left to management discretion (so, mandatory 3 hours of overtime starting right now, or you will be written up). No consistency in procedures. Entry level staff can receive corrective action unfairly if management decides, even if employee followed documented procedures. Supervisors cannot properly support nor protect their staff. Management hours require 24/7 availability if decided by senior management, vacations will be cancelled or you can lose your job. Multiple lawsuits pending against specific projects this company has run with these types of rules. Company used to be Xerox, and also used to be "ACS" in the Albany area.
