Pros

Quick way to find a job if you are having bad luck finding employment, no matter of appearance or your education background.

Cons

Unsanitary (infested with bed bugs). Unprofessional. Positions are sells driven and selling is never mentioned when applying only half way into training will you learn it is a sales driven job. Will never receive a pay raise. The pay rate you start at is the pay rate that you will keep until the day you leave. If you want to make more you must sell in order to make more money. Always implements mandatory six day work week with an indefinite end date. Will tell you two hours before your shift ends that it's mandatory to work an additional hour or you will receive disciplinary action. Also, the folowing day you will need to report to work an hour early, 30 min lunch (instead of an hr), and add an additional hour to the end of your shift for that day. The day you give your two weeks notice they will call you into the office to tell you that your resignation starts that day and will send you home and not approve unemployment after doing so. The customers will survey the call. The survey often times will go to the wrong agent for the incorrect department, if it's a fail the agent is sent home without pay. Ex: if a billing agent takes the call and customer is satisfied but has a technical issue, the customer is transferred to tech support and has a bad experience. The billing agent may get that survey and will be sent home. Even though the call was listened to with the agent and management, & determined the survey wasn't for that agent. The stress/pressure of up selling has caused several current employees to have strokes, high blood pressure, and heart attacks. All supervisors complain about how they hate the job and management. That creates a very negative impact on agents. Supervisors aren't willing to help. Often times during the week the supervisors are doing drugs in the parking lot to " get thru the day". Supervisors are paid by their agents performance which creates a negative environment bc of the stress their under. Nobody ever smiles in the office. There is a constant display of negative energy EVERYDAY, from the entire office. To top it off there is no onsite HR.
