      Pros

      I would say getting equipment is a big plus from the company. Gaining some experience meeting people

      Cons

      -Unorganized training and not long enough. -When you get into nesting you realize that everyone is not on the same page with operating procedure. -After nesting once you get into production it is chaotic with unclear information -Unprofessional work environment lots of comments being made that are not appropriate. -constant layoffs. -lots of issues with the software/VPN while in production

      Pros

      Pay was quite good for a call center position. (This is not true for the non-“senior” positions. My immediate boss was very receptive to our needs and concerns.

      Cons

      Extremely poor physical working environment. (Employees don’t take good care of the restrooms, regular exterminator spray sessions for bed bugs.) No room for growth. You may earn new responsibilities, but no increase in role or pay. Rare, if any, feedback sessions with supervisors to review progress. At the same time, there’s not much point because you aren’t rewarded for your performance. Same old concerns are repeatedly brought to management, but once our boss escalated the issue, there is extremely delayed response, or no response at all from those in charge. (e.g. About 80% of agents were not able to access a feature required to do our job for over a year since I started working before the issue was resolved.)
