I've been employed here for a year and in that time, I've been promoted to a higher position only to have it taken out from under me. The lack of professionalism from the top down is astounding. I'm talking rampant sexual harassment, discrimination, favoritism, and nepotism. One of the terminable offences they lay out as soon as you're hired on is that if you have a cell phone out at any time while you are on the call for, you will be escorted out by security. which is understandable. however, I have yet to see this in action. A huge security risk. One of the other disgusting things about this place is that it's infested with bed bugs from the filthy apartments across the street. not to fail to mention it is also crawling with roaches and i'm pretty sure there is a rat living in the ceiling. Turnover rate here is very high but only because people quit, only to come back 3-6 times. My own Supervisor once walked out of work one morning on a Tuesday and returned the following Tuesday. No notice, just said "I can''t do this. I can't deal with you people." and stormed out.
I implore you to seek professional development elsewhere because there is none to be had here.
