      nothing seen much except take home salary.

      Cons

      So many. 1. Service based mentality mangers. 2. Micro management 3. Continuous lay-offs. 4. No work from home 5. working hours 9.5 hr /day . 6. No increments 7. Company upper level management never consider for employees

      Schedule for growth for 2019

      Cons

      -No salary increases at all for the agents for the past 4 years. -Zero monetary incentives. -No tuition reimbursement. This was discontinued as of 2017. -Company is in the process of outsourcing to other countries outside of the US across all levels. -As of 2017 with Conduent, no promotion of company values. Just financial focus. -Massive layouts in 2017 in the US.
