Pros
No pros.. no benefits other than the monthly salary which they see that it is a benefit given to employees while the employees don't deserve.
Cons
Bad Management. Including board members. You will be traumatised after one meeting with your direct manager. They increased my insecurites. The environment lacks of goodness. They take thier bad decisions and then ask the employees to clean after all. They never say "Well done" instead they say "we need better than that". You will never have an experiance within your journey at LIPS because, there is no policies or even business. I hope I can leave soon before they terminate my contract (BTW they do so easliy]
