Pros
Have to give repeated feedbacks. Frequent careless mistakes, blaming the client mentality. Poor customer service. Please document everything with them on email, they have a habit of waylaying everything said and lie to the clients face.
Cons
Repeated feedback has to be given to get work done. On multiple request they have not changed resource. From get go they were informed about deadlines and workload but have consistently thrown blame at client for everything. Very toxic way of dealing with the clients. Have not experienced this level of unprofessionalism in 15 years of work experience. One of their staff literally pointed fingers at my team member during official meeting. While their work with feedback gets better, their behavior just doesn't.
