None except for that fact that they pay you at once and suck your blood for that!

Cons

Pathetic work culture No work life balance zero trust in employees They allow you to WFH, but keep poking for unnecessary things when you work from home (reason - "Distrust") No structure in terms of hierarchy - one person to do 10 people job They don't allow people to be themselves or even to talk. If someone is talking for more than 10 minutes, they will be questioned "what they are discussing" No systematic review procedure, it's totally based on favoritism Highly biased leadership
