They have good maternity leave for male employees

No work life balance They make everyone to go one city visits every month including coo and ceo . We have to work untill 12 pm during city visits They don't schedule any meeting for self care. They always focus targets and business and no concern about employees who are working and there health No much hike as well We are always from family due to city visits. They put more pressure on everyone to get there work done and also less paid
