Good customers and projects to work on and wide market to capture. Good salary with variables.

Cons

Management issues. No safety and security for females during travel. No one is responsible for any mishap. Politics from top management until you leave job. Core work always assign to people who are ready to happy their seniors only. Top management is with full of politics .

Management structure is poor. Work 70+ hours a week. Management allows for and engages in bullying, back stabbing, and retaliation. Management treats employees like machines, not human beings. Management is out of touch with reality. RUN AWAY FROM HERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
