The company I work for is paying me a good base salary

There are no benefits, no sick days, no bonuses (in my department), no personal days. You're not recognized for doing work that goes above and beyond status quo. The CEO is a racist, a sexist, and a bigot. He doesn't recognize any back office work as valuable.
