Pay is terrible QA is really strict about every little thing. Heavy call volume, back to back. (160+calls a day)

I’ve really enjoyed working at Connexus Resource Group! The best part is the team – everyone, from my coworkers to my supervisor, is super friendly and always there to help. The work is pretty easy and straightforward, which makes the day go by smoothly. The pay could be a little better, but it’s definitely manageable. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you're looking for a supportive team and a chill environment!

Very stressful at times with back to back calls. All benefit or HR-related questions essentially went unanswered the entire time I worked there.
