I have worked for Connexus for almost 2 years. I am on my 4th campaign and can honestly say that, for a remote job, this one is pretty awesome. Management does all they can to accommodate different schedules and whatnot. Having paid time off is a huge bonus. I have felt appreciated pretty much every single day.

Cons

As a work at home position, agents are monitored very closely throughout the day. That can feel intrusive at times, but eventually it works out, especially if agents do what they are supposed to do.
