UNORGANIZED!! OMG I’ve never worked for anyone who has no idea what we are doing. The training is awful and they expect so much while given no tools to be successful

There's definitely favoritism going on, some employees that are in the inner circle get promotions and opportunities that hard working one's that don't get close to the management do
