Pay, Leadership, Versatility are the first 3 pros of this employer that come to mind. The variety of campaigns also is a great "selling point" for those who tend to get bored when they work at the same place for a long period of time: Although you are working for the same company, your job description can change as often as you wish it to (so long as you stay in good standing as an employee of course)
