Room for Career Growth within the company, Encouraging everyday, motivates all agents to do and be the best that they can everyday, lots of options of jobs to do within the company, fun and exciting environment, accepting of everyone and makes you feel like family, in the 3 years I have been with this company I have never dreaded working. You won’t get the support that you get here anywhere else.

In my opinion these are the pros: Great campaign, especially for first timers Equipment Provided Hours (Monday through Friday, 8 to 5) Supervisor guidance always available Incentives for doing a great job (I've received numerous Amazon gift cards, Snappy Gifts, and verbal acknowledgement)

Cons

Like many positions whether work from home or in office the pay is a con, but overtime is available for employees that opt to work extra.

Pros

There is friendship, humanity and empathy. They lead with ethics and ensure that anybody has the resources that they need. I have met life-long friends working for Connexus, the bridge between Work From Home is so well connected that sometimes, I forget that I haven't 'met' my peers. They also offer incredible incentives and awesome benefits! You can move up within the company quickly and in my experience, pay rate increases have been generous. They genuinely care about their people. It is unlike anywhere I have worked before and I am so excited to make my career with Connexus!

Cons

If you have never worked from home, it can be an adjustment. But it is so worth it!
