Pros

I absolutely love working here, There is a laid back atmosphere, no micromanaging, this company actually cares about it employees. They give you choices of what schedule best suits you and try their best to accommodate you with your choice, or get as close to it as possible. If you have questions they are there to help and support you.

Cons

No holiday pay, however if you would like to work it you can and get time and a half. Its left up to you if you want to work it or not. It is not a demand that you work it. Which I love, only reason i listed it as a con is because some people need holiday pay, however they give you the option to work it and make more than just holiday pay.

Best Team Lead and Team as they are prompt to answer any questions. Direct contact with my TL daily ensures success for each call. Leadership/management is very understanding/flexible when it comes to work/life balance. That’s something I’ve always looked for in a job! At Connexus, I’m able to take the time I need for my own well-being!

Cons

Wish the starting wage was more than $12/hr since policies seem to update often for verifiers. Each day ensuring to check any important notifications from leadership as something has likely been updated. Core responsibilities remain the same, however you’re constantly adjusting.

i love staying at home while being with my 6mth old daughter,the team leads are very understanding in all circumstances. i have 4 kids and with all my children ive had to work as soon as they turned 2 months,now i get to stay in the comfort of my own home without stressing about a babysitter,working i love it!!!!

Cons

i have yet had any problems with this company!
