This place is amazing

I recently finished my training and it was really Amazing. My trainers were wonderful, they explained us step by step by examples. And they were there for me when I was on the front line. Customers are really like in all places some are hateful and others are friendly, but as all call center we must keep a smile in our voices.

We have to provided our own equipments.

Work from home and great hours and ok pay with overtime, we have bonuses.

Cons

With everything going up in the economy this employer needs to value our time especially single mothers. I think this job is great it has wonderful potential.
